Final assignment « Les émotions » and Assessment Rubrique

Your final assignment will be to create an “Emotions Mashup” booklet or PowerPoint. You have a choice as to whether you would like to make a hand written booklet with cut out pictures from magazines, or a PowerPoint presentation; all of which you can send through SeeSaw. If you choose to create a written booklet, then you will need to take photos and send the pictures through SeeSaw. This assignment is due Friday, May 22th.

Your task is to choose four emotions that you have become familiar with during this unit and create face mashups like the example picture I have attached. You must use four subject pronouns within your project. Elle, il, (she, he) and two names of your choosing (One male and one female). I did not include “Je” (I) as that may be too difficult to mash up. If you are able to mashup your own face using photos (DO NOT rip up photos of yourself without your parent’s permission), then that could be used as one of your entries. You must also add another made up sentence explaining why this person is feeling this way. Silly, but appropriate, reasons are always welcome :)

        Here is an example:

Monsieur Weebly est fâché. Il est fâché parce que sa mère lui a dit qu’il devait aller dormir.
(Mr. Weebly is mad. He is mad because his mom told him to go to sleep.)

*Use my example as a model on how to structure your sentences, and keep everything in the present tense.
*Be sure to make your emotions agree with feminine or masculine pronouns.

        Marks:
        1.     Complete sentences.
        2.     Sentence structure. (Sentences in correct French formation)
        3.     Appropriate vocabulary using Être. (To be)
        4.     Conjugation of Être within sentences.
        5.     Proper use of agreements with feminine and masculine pronouns.
        6.     Correct punctuation and accents.
        7.     Correct spelling.
        8.     Minimum of two sentences per page.
        9.     No less than 4 pages. (plus title page)
        10.  Pictures depicting emotions.
        11.  Title page with picture.
